This policy explains how ApplyFit handles your data, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the GDPR where applicable.

1. What we collect

Profile and job-description text you paste to generate results; account details if you create an account (email); and basic, privacy-respecting analytics (page views, no cross-site tracking). We do not sell your data.

2. How we use it

Your pasted content is processed to generate your tailored application. If AI refinement is enabled, content may be sent to a model provider via a secure gateway solely to produce your output; providers used are configured for zero data retention where available.

3. Retention

Free-tier generations are processed transiently and are not stored on our servers beyond what is needed to return your result. Account and billing records are retained as required by law.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

5. Cookies

We use a small functional cookie to count your free monthly usage and to remember your theme. No advertising cookies.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical safeguards but no system is perfectly secure.
