Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs payments made to ApplyFit via Razorpay or Stripe.

1. Subscriptions (Pro, ₹299/month)

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge after cancellation.

2. Refunds

If you are charged in error, or are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment and have generated fewer than 5 tailored applications, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Placement Season pack (₹999 one-time)

The one-time pack is refundable within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 5 applications have been generated. After that, it is non-refundable as the service has been substantially used.

4. How to request

Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com with your registered email and payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. GST

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. A GST invoice with GSTIN is available on request.
